I.R.IS.: Instant and Remote Information Services

In order to supply a better service to its customers, the new range of SwissTex France machines such as CP 06/10, UT 50, UTC 60, RT 88 and CDDT 20 includes a machine management system through a standard browser and an Ethernet network. As per the machine range, SwissTex France offers a basic tool to display some instant data, to log process information, to share settings parameters, thus from the positions to the headstock.
4 mains functions are today available:

• Remote and secure diagnosis with fault logging
• Instant machine and/or positions status monitoring
• Present setting parameters
• Embedded history of production by shift
